Vikes Athletics and Recreation provides convenient personal training services for everyone, whether you are just starting out, or looking for suggestions to enhance your existing training routine, our knowledgeable trainers will help you achieve your goals. Personal training is the fastest and safest way to reach your goals.
For individuals with mobility limitations, our trainers can work one-on-one with you through an adapted strength and conditioning program designed specifically to support your needs and goals. These programs will focus on mobility, functionality and stability, while taking into account sport and/or fitness needs.

A minimum four-session package needs to be purchased to receive a training program from your personal trainer.
Sessions are valid for six months from the date of purchase. Twenty-four hour notice is required when canceling a session. Failure to give 24-hour notice will result in being charged for the missed session.
ACCESSIBLE
This single hour session is a one-on-one virtual session for those looking for suggestions or changes to their existing fitness program or are interested on how to get started. Clients will receive tailored support for their active, healthy lifestyle that includes education, encouragement and a challenge where needed.
*Please note a minimum of 4 sessions must be purchased to receive a training program from your personal trainer.

ACCESSIBLE
This single one-hour session is a one-on-one time for those looking for suggestions for changes to their existing fitness program or are interested on how to get started. Clients will receive tailored support for their active, healthy lifestyle that includes education, encouragement and a challenge where needed.

ACCESSIBLE
This 4-hour program is suited for those learning or reviewing the skills and techniques in any fitness program. One-on-one time with your personal trainer will help outline a fitness program suited to your indivual needs and will empower you to put this plan into action. You will learn safe and effective techniques over a few sessions to help promote the learning process.

ACCESSIBLE
This package is suited for those who find it challenging to incorporate fitness into their daily lives. You will receive a detailed program suited to your needs and you will also learn strategies that may help you create a permanent lifestyle change.
Location: CARAS Fitness Weight Centre
Duration: 6 hour(s) total
ACCESSIBLE
If you are committed to achieving your long term fitness goals, this 10-hour package will give you the time to see progression and form lifestyle changing habits. Regular one-on-one time with a person trainer will allow you to develop a fitness program to meet your goals with the support you need as you transform your lifestlye.
